Kuala Lumpur,  13 November 2013 – If you fancy a cosy holiday season dinner with your loved ones in the comfort of your home, Executive Chef Arnold Kwok and his culinary team at the Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club (“KLGCC”), have especially crafted the Holiday Season 2013 Takeaway Menu for your convenience and enjoyment.

The Holiday Season Takeaway Menu comprises a selection of quality meat accompanied with an array of sides and sauces that fuses traditional and modern Christmas specialties.

Turkey, Beef and Lamb

The Main Menu comprises the all-time season favourite takeaway Roasted Australian Tom Turkey (6.5kg) with all the accompaniments including herb and mushroom stuffing, buttered fresh Brussels sprouts, toasted almond green beans, cinnamon candied yams, honey roasted cumin carrots, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, turkey gravy and soft bread rolls to go with it at RM300++ per order.

Roasted Herb Crust Australian Black Angus Rib eye of Beef is priced at RM130++ per kg and has a minimum of 3kg order that includes a choice of black pepper or mushroom sauces.

The aromatic Rosemary Garlic Marinated Bone-in Australian Leg of Lamb comes in a choice of the black pepper or mint sauces for the same price of RM130++ per kg.

Additional sides for the main meat lovers above are based on a 500 gram order of each priced at RM20++ onwards while sauces such as the cranberry, turkey gravy, black pepper, mushroom and mint starts with RM15++ per 500ml each.

Cakes and Pies

This year, Christmas Specials at the KLGCC Golfer’s Terrace also include cakes and pies that look equally exciting and delicious. Make your pick from a variety of cakes like Red Velvet, White Chocolate Passion Fruit, Dark Cherry Chocolate Ganache Cake and Chefs' particular twist including festive cake, the Christmas Log Cake. Prices vary from RM60++ per kg onwards.

The irresistible cheesecake selections vary from Raspberry Chocolate, Apple Mascarpone and Caramel Chocolate Hazelnut are priced at RM72++.

Finally, don’t miss out on our 10-inch Holiday Pies that include Spiced Pumpkin Pie, Classic Fresh Apple and Maple Syrup Pecan Nut Pie from RM60++.

The menu is available from 1 December to the 31 December 2013. Three days advanced booking is required for all takeaways.
